I offer a combination of therapies from a range of options from my treatment room located at my home in Kilmainham, Dublin 8. I can also travel to you in certain circumstances when you are unable to travel.

Following a consultation process, I offer a treatment solution based on your needs and my experience. Every treatment is tailored and unique to your individual needs. Every session is designed to relieve stress, promote wellness and to strengthen your natural life force (Qi).

I’ve worked with conditions including pain, stress, fertility, oncology, lymphatic drainage, blood pressure, digestive issues, headaches and to promote general wellbeing.

I love what I do and am passionate about my work. It is a wonderful privilege to work with my clients to help them return to good health or calm their mind and body. It is amazing to see how energy work can transform someone’s life for the better. I cannot speak highly enough of the virtues of complementary therapy and its benefits.

Treatments are generally done from my therapy room in my home where I live with my husband and if you are really lucky you might be introduced to Missie the cat!

Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage is based on Swedish Massage and is a body massage which helps relax the body while also calming the mind.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi Ear Candling (aka Thermal Auricular Therapy) comes from the traditions of the native American Hopi Indians who used Candling for healing & in their ritual ceremonies.
